Tilt’s usage was primarily on the desktop. It was time to shift toward a mobile-first world and drive higher frequency.

Collaborators included the CEO, Engineers, other Product Managers, and Tilt’s world-class customer support team (lovingly called the Tilter Happiness Team).


The Problem

Put the power of crowdfunding in people’s pockets.

Our usage at this point in the company was heavily skewed toward desktop web. It was time to distill the tilt creation flow into a mobile-first experience that would break crowdfunding behavior out of big, infrequent use cases, toward smaller and more frequent ones.
